Never ever trust Scott and Nikki. They are most laziest person I have ever seen and you will loose lot of money because of their irresponsible behavior. Nikki and Scott are the most horrible persons on earth. Go to them with a problem and it will never be solved - I bet ! They will keep procrastinating things on regular basis, be it anything. How does that impact you ' Well, read on---
They owe me 300 bucks , they owe me another 50 bucks on the modem they said in the apartment got lost when they are the only ones who had key, and atleast 200-300 bucks on the apartment rent. I called them literally 50 times and these crooks will say " Hey, He (Scott) is not in today,please call later" . This went on for about 60 days. I wanted my money and I kept calling, but they will never return your call. They still owe me that money. I am sure I will loose that money because Nikki and Scott want to suck blood out of you.

I sincerely request whoever is considering to rent an apartment here, PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL, Especially with leasing office crooks, they are highly irresposible and you will never get your money back if they owe you anything.
I will never recommend to stay in an apartment like this where the leasing guys make your life hell although the community is good.

Ya know what? This place is pretty good. Right now we are trying to decide whether we should buy a house right away, or stay for a year and a half and take our time buying so we can get to know the community. For one thing, and Scott and Ty are really nice guys that will do anything they can to help you if they can. Nicki is my personal favorite, she is hands-on, professional and really cares about your stay. The place is well maintained and it is safe! Not only are the schools close by, but they are highly accredited as well. Getting along with some of the neighbors can be a drag sometimes, but this apartment living and you gotta keep that in mind. I would highly recommend this apartment complex and the team of professionals who are very nice, extremely approachable and hard working. Lots of fun at the pool come summer, too! A place like this would run you a few thousand bucks a month in jersey, for sure!
