Cons: The insulation is horrible(cheap builder, I suppose), I feel like I live under a large plastic bucket or under a cineplex at times. I can hear dull constant thuds drifting down upon me, it's annoying after a few hours, inanely annoying!! In fact it will be why I move out, that and the gate issues. Maintenance takes a while if ever and you usually have to remind them. I was told once that I'd have to basically deal with the problem because he had no solution. My toilet was fixed with a rubber band once!! So we don't call anymore and rig things ourselves. And finally the gate NEVER works and is brand new, people ram into it and it is just open all the time now. My car has been dinged a few times in the parking lot and my neighbors have had their cars broken into. FIX THE GATE, PUT A CAMERA IN. We pay too much for this to happen.
Pros: It is aesthetically nice looking as far as landscaping, lenient with pet policy, front office is nicer, more respectful since the change of management took place. New weight and laundry room, cool little dog park area. Also the woods with walking path is nice although it allows people from the next, much rowdier apartment complex access to this complex.
