These people will TOW your car without notice!! Even if you are in your assigned spot and 1 cm over the white line! YOU will have to pay over $120 to get your car out of tow. This is once you figure out it is not stolen, that is. I have seen MANY a person come of of the office threatening to move out due to this problem. Scott is very unprofessional and very rude when speaking with his residents. I had heard this from other residents but all the other incidents (which was dropping off my on-time rent payments) were cordial. The apts are small and the bathroom fixtures were rusty. When maintenance was performed, it was done poorly there was actually duct tape on my shower head! my dishwasher was falling out of the spot it was suppose to be in and my kitchen faucet was plastic and coming apart. It was very cheaply built. I could hear every step the upstairs neighbors took- they were the nicest neighbors though :) For the price definitely not worth it. The balcony is tiny tiny tiny. I ended up moving out early....I left a forwarding address and I never heard anything directly from them only a letter from a collection agency. Very Very Very unprofessional!

First off, you need to respect people's parking spots! If you would learn how to park your car, this wouldn't be a problem, now would it? It's so easy to line your car up. Second of all, when people come to LOOK at an apartment, you HAVE to look at EVERYTHING. Stop your bitching and complaining about your faucet and how tiny the balcony is, there are people out there that can't even get an apartment, so be thankful you have one! Next time, learn how to open your eyes and pay attention to how you park! If you wanna be so damn picky go somewhere else with your dumbass comments!

Someone is this upset about a review?? HUMMMM someone that maybe manages there- a male?? I bought a house so I don't have to worry about living in a place that was this petty about parking. Not only that if you are paying good money for an apt and if the apt management gave a crap about their residents than you deserve, at the very least, a warning. Also, I have a right to tell others who are looking how small the balcony is and how crappy the service was there...like it or not! I don't have to be grateful for a not so good apartment just because I can get one and others cannot. Whoever made the above comment on my post is very unprofessional themselves so you need to stop making responses to posts with curse words. If you can't get your message across without cursing than move on....like I did :)

Wow, I just read this and I still live at Matthews Reserve. How disturbing that the response to this person's complaint(no matter if it was her/his fault or not) was obviously written by a member of the staff. I really have a different feeling about the office people now, I'm quite surprised and wouldn't expect that from a business owner/operator/manager. The response negatively affected my opinion far more than the original complaint. Is there a school that these people can go to to learn how to deal with the public. YUK.
