I have been very pleased with living here at Matthews Reserve! Upon moving in the staff there treated me extremely nice and were very honest and upfront with all of my questions and very helpful making my move from out of state here as smooth as possible! I have to disagree as well. I have lived here for almost 3 years now. It was such a great place. YOu knew everyone, and they were very friendly family oriented. The office and maintance is great. I will not disagree on that. When ever i had a problem they did try to resolve right away. My problem is when I am kept up from 3 am till 7 am,driving through the parking lot and looking at someone peeing from their balcony. Who does that? That is just gross and rude. Have some respect for your neighbors PLEASE! Been to the office to complain about the noise volume after 12 AM sent letters out that is all great, but I guess when you are in hard times to get all your units rented, that is when the trash comes in. I always bragged about this Matthews Reserve, how great it was safe friendly etc...., now i just can't wait for my lease to be up. Oh one more thing, you know it is a gated community! lol Gates haven't worked in 3 months!
