I have lived here for almost 3 years now. It was such a great place. YOu knew everyone, and they were very friendly family orientated. The office and maintance is great. I will not disagree on that. When ever i had a problem they did try to resolve right away. I just seem to understand when they are renting to a younger group of people don't they realize that there will be problems. The noise late at night is so bad on the weekends, let alone a couple of times during the week nights as well. Also, when you are going outside to enjoy the beautiful grounds they have and all you see is poop, that is bad! And it is right in front of the poop station. Who does that' The gates havent worked in almost 3 months. The parking is horrible, depending on how many people live in one apartment if you have 6 people does that mean they have 6 cars' Seems like it! I always bragged about Matthews Reserves, but fo rnow I am gonna have to give it my 2 thumbs down. I hope the summer isn't oing to be worse thatn last summer!

I am glad i am not the only one who had this problem. I agree with you 100% on the cameras! I have mentioned before, but I think the cost is the problem. Hopefully, things will settle down because it used to be a really nice quiet friendly place.

I agree, the noise and the recent younger(or trashier?) set that has moved in has caused a palpable shift in the feeling of the place. The other night I came home and apparently someone finally called police on one of the parties they had and the young lady stared daggers at me, jutting her head at me threateningly. One of the other party goers pulled her in or I would have called the police as well and will should I hear a peep. Since then we get glares that are pretty uncomfortable, amazing right. The gate is still a problem, I don't understand the complexity of it all, people have operated gates since the dawn of man. And what residents are hitting their own gate and damaging their own car.... asinine. I think better communication via letters to the tenants may help, a camera maybe as well. Anyway staff is good, just pay your rent and don't act like a jackass and they're good with you. Oh yeah, the insulation sucks, when people walk above or beside you the kitchen floor and table shake.... soooo... that's nice. Let's hope they find a solution so I can go on living like a grown adult!
