Hi, I've just found this site and think it is a great thing and wish I would have found it before I moved to help me narrow down my options. I move to Matthews Reserve back in March for 6 months (to test the waters!)and think it is a great place to live. I have had no issues to talk about and just signed on to live here for 12 more months and they kept my rent the same. Nice pool and playground here for my daughter and I which we enjoyed all summer. Very close to matthews elementary where my daughter goes and all my neighbors are really nice. I feel safe here unlike some of the other places I have lived in the past. I would recommend this complex to anyone. I think I have finally found a good place for my daughter and I until I can buy my own home!

sounds like management is really working hard on reversing one of the reviews....never seen so many reviews in one month for Matthews Reserve as i have in the past month...still laughing...check all the dates, hmmm, let me think....papers for legal aid went out in final form saturday....again, look at the dates of all these great reviews, then look at the one loooong true account of what it's really like...go ahead, sign that lease, this is just too funny, so many reviews in so little time???? Wow, something miraculous must have really happened in the past few months, in fact, wish i never left!
