This place used to be nice but is going down. The staff is nice, but the residents suck. I question what kind of resident screening they do because they have gotten pretty bad. Most people are completely disrespectful of anyone else. We have an upstairs neighbor whose kids constantly jump around, and the parents don't discipline them even though we've spoken to them multiple times. Last night (and not for the first time) I heard several gunshots. We hear people yelling all the time at all hours of the day and night. I don't feel safe walking around at night alone.
Parking is horrible and people leave old cars in bad shape permanently parked in spaces.
I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless they want to live in the ghetto.

I AGREE ABOUT THE GHETTO, I SAID THE SAME THING TO THE OFFICE, AND AROUND MY DOOR IS FILTY, FOR THE MONEY THE CHARGE, I WILL MOVE BACK OUT TO A SAFE APARTMENT. SOMETHING OR SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, WHERE ARE THE OWNERS OF THE COMPLEX!!
