Unsafe environment...Staff cares less

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
I have see this place going down. I came back here as it was nice place 4 yes ago. Now its very unsafe place to live. Many case reported including one of rape. I have not seen any serious action taken. Poor maintenance and cleanliness
