I lived at Woodway for two years. First year was great. The apartment was in great condition, office staff was very helpful and maintenance was quick(never had to make more than one call). All minor problems within the complex were reported to the residents by next day memo.
When the new management took over, I noticed the difference within a week. Maintenance issues were never taken care of right away. I always had to call a few times and wait a week or two, and even than they fixed the problem halfway. Each time I called to ask about my maintenance issues the office staff acted like they did not know what I was talking about or said I was the 10th or 11th person on the list and they will fix the problem when they get to it.
The stopped reporting all minor(car & home breakins) and major crimes(rapes) within the complex. We had to depend on newspaper, tv and neighbors to find out about the problems. Quality of people moving in is also changing. This is evident by loud music, loud parties and loud people hanging out in the parking lot and their garages all hours of the day and night.
