I really wish that I would have read these revies before I moved in because what these residents are sayign about the property is soooo right! The parking here sucks. I am a single female and I get home from work late in the evening. There are 4 'free' parking spots for my building (which has 28 units in it). Naturally, there are never spots available when I get home. I dont think its fair to be told to pay extra for an assigned space or find a parking spot somewhere else in the complex. There is a lot of crime here and I shouldnt have to pay extra just to park close enough to my building to be able to run to my apartment so I don't get raped or robbed. The yahve added a security car to patrol the neighborhood, but they dont do anything. What they NEED to do is eliminate the troublmakers in the complex and put a gate up around it. Kinda makes no sense to have an open gate to the nasty complex right next door, does it' The complex across the street has a gate. Woodway Point needs to follow suit!

The neighbors here are terrible! Loud music, kids playing soccer (even in the cold and rain) behind the building, kids yelling and screaming at the pool from sun -up well past sun-down (so forget about sleeping in on a saturday morning after a long week at work).

Maintenance here SUCKS. The apartments have a nice layout, but thats about it. Everything in here is made so cheaply and breaks all the time. Maintenance likes to say that it is the resident causing things to break all the time. I reported something broken in my house 3 months ago. They have coem to my apartment on 3 different occassions and have left parts and pieces of what SHOULD be getting fixed sitting on my floor.

This place does has a terrible silverfish problem. You can ask to have your plave sprayed, but you have to ask every week. The bug man comes on wednesdays and only sprays the apartments that are on the list for that week. Im wondering if he just sprays water because it does NOTHING for the bugs. Not a day goes by that I dont have to kill atleast 2-3 silverfish. Theres nothing worse than laying in bed and seeing one crawling on your bed just below your face! Although they are virtually harmless, it still makes you feel dirty to have sometihng crawling in your apartment.

The management is also terrible. All they want is for you to give them the rent on time. They dont know how to deal with anything else. There is one lady who barely speaks a lick of english, but she is quick to yell at you if you don't understand her.

If you can afford to move ANYWHERE else, do it! I still have 6 months left on my lease and trust me, I will be leaving this place with a quickness! If i could find a way to break my lease without having it put on my credit, I would have been gone. I really regret moving here.
