Im surprised to see all of these bad reviews. We have lived here for 5 months now. We have had some problems but the maintainance people will come and fix just fine. I even ask them to take off their shoes and one guy even brought his own shoe socks to wear!

Yes, the parking does suck sometimes, but I live in the very back and most of the time i have a spot to park.

Maybe it depends on where in the complex you live but we havent had that many issues with the neighbors either. One below us sometimes plays music loud but not often.

Their pool is very nice and there are kids in the pool but it is big and you certainly have some area you can swim.

They have a little gym and a raquetball court and it is just nice to have a place when you just want to burn some calories.

Yes, the management could be better but they all are very nice and we have been treated nicely and they are trying to make it better.

The price is great and the floorplan is great. You get 2 bedroom, 2bathroom (which tubs are huge), washer and dryer and big living room and little storage in the patio.We really can't complain.

So if you are thinking about moving, ask for ones in the back if you prefer some privacy.
