This apartment complex is like living in the geto. People here are listed on the national sex offenders list, yet they say the don't have anyone with a crimnal past allowed. The people are noisey, rude and down right freighten. they don't respect the noise level or any thing elese. the management doesn't care. the money the give you off your lease is what they call consession, but they added something to the late fee policy ( that have you mine is not in your lease agreement) but if your late you have to pay a 5% fee plus the money they give you off your lease. And this is not written in your lease anywhere.
don't live here. you can live next door 200.00 cheaper and get the same.

The information that a sex offender lives at Woodway Point is completely false. You can check any sex offender registry to verify this information. However, there is a sex offender that lives next door where it is $200.00 cheaper.

thats funny because i saw the flyers posted at the mail box, and on yeah he was set to fall off the registry the next month, thanks to our wonderful goverment that only has them stay on the registry for a period of time, he live in the first building to the left when you come in the entrance.
