It was ok for apartment living...

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2000
 
I lived on the 3rd floor, so I never had an issue with break-ins. Noise was a problem beside me. Parking was a total nightmare even if you had assigned covered parking. People would park in your parking spot anyway. If you could not afford covered parking or a garage then forget it. I also never had an issue with my car being broken into.
Grounds were well kept and the staff was quite friendly when I was there.
