Please do not move here. We first moved here from NY 2 yrs ago and on the internet we chose this due to matthews address but its not matthews its charlotte. The office staff is very unhelpful. Complex makes you pay for parking @ $20 per spot and then they give it away free to new tenantes so now the lot has abandoned, unworking cars with flat tires in the parking lot as result. We find broken car window glass on the parking lot grounds & our neighbor was on his porch yelling how he bought a new gun and this one was a "big barrell" much bigger than his old one. And when brought up to office staff pretty much told to mind our own buisness it has nothing to do with us. Also they jack rates up at lease renewal time stating new tenants always have lower rates than renewals to the tune 100 bucks more. We moved to arboreatum and pay $100 less each month and are safe and the new apartment is upgraded with stone counter tops, black appliance & indoor heated year round pool. STAY AWAY PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! MAY AS WELL AS LIVE ON VILLAGE LAKE
