Mission is one of the worst places to live 2 weeks ago there was a shoot out in the parking lot. The cops are there almost everynight. If you live in the back you stand the chance of getting your door kicked in. There is no parking and they make you purchase overpriced spaces. The other day they sent out a notice that people were breaking into the over priced 50.00 a month garages. Its pitch black out there at night and the lights have been broken since last year. They are not even trying to fix it. There is one centralized location for the trash...ONE! Lets not talk about the rental staff. I am pretty sure that you only have to have a pulse to work there. NO ONE is on the same page as you are they will LIE about everyting. Jessica never knows whats going on she will tell you one thing and when you repeat her exact words with dates and times she will lie and say she will never say that because its not company policy. Regan is the same way. They will lie about everthing and because they know that its your word against theirs there is nothing you can do. They are the worst people to deal with, when I ahve a problem I cringe when I know I have to deal with them. Erin the property manager is never there, when you have issues that cannot be resolved by talking to Dumb and Dumber(Erin & Jessica), you can never get in contact with Erin and they refuse to give you any names above her. Maintenence is the worst it took them 2 weeks to fix a problem I had. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE.... If you want to live by DRUG DEALERS, deal with INCOMPENTANT STAFF, and walk to your CAR IN THE DARK, and STAND THE CHANCE OF GETTING ROBBED BY YOUR NEIGHBOR. Then move in

It is all true I am sorry to say! There's an apartment by me where the tenants have a tv, couch & bbq grill in their garage. They sit with door open all day blatently selling drugs, they even have party's in their garage. Office could care less.
