Going downhill with the economy

I think the management is willing to rent to any warm body that walks through the door - trashy, noisy people and groups of unrelated young adults. I can't wait to get out. I've been here 4 years and it was bad when I moved in, got a little better, and has gone fast downhill in the last 6 months.
