I've lived at Paces Commons for almost a year now and when the time comes I plan on renewing my lease for as long as possible. The community is absolutely beautiful! Shortly after I moved in my old dishwasher started leaking. The day I called in the problem the maintenance man Spenser came to work on it, he was very polite and sincere. He told me that the machine was not fixable and that within two weeks they would install a new one, four days later when I got home from work there it was! The office staff is always very helpful yet sometimes a little unorganized, but where any lack of communication occurs at the office, Maintenance makes up for it, Iv'e stopped them several times in the parking lot when I had a repair to be made or problem and they(maintenance) always take care of it immediately!
The grounds always are immaculate and the older gentleman whom I believe is the grounds keeper is one of the most friendly people I have ever met.

I highly recommend Paces Commons!
