I have lived here for a a few years now and when i first moved in it was a really great place to live. As far as the staff goes they are all pretty friendly and easy to communicate with. However lately, the grounds aren't been kept up as much as they used to. The Pool's fountain hasn't worked in over a year, half of the time the second pool isn't even open and the hot tub is broken. Many people walk their dogs and don't pick up their poop! Even worse, there has been a lot of car break-ins and cars being stolen lately too! Some of the office staff left last year, and it seems like they are just letting anyone move in here now! The crime on the far side by the recycling bins is where it's worse. I plan on leaving this year before my lease is up!

Crime??? What crime?! There was just a meeting in the office my husband went to like 2 months ago, and the cop that held the meeting said there had been very few break-ins and it was a good area. Before you listen to stupid neighborhood gossip, go to the police department and get the facts. I'm just glad that the girl that left that you're talking about is gone--she was the only riffraff we ever had! She was so nasssty! Yeah the hot tub has its issues, and people can get gossipy--it's like a big convoluted game of telephone, but other than that I love living here!

The reason Paces Commons is a Craphole is due to the Gwinnett Transit bus stop and all the riff raff that disembarks.
