Cons:

Crime is really bad in this area and seems to be getting worse by the day. There was just a recent Strong Armed Robbery here at Paces Commons. Around 7pm a woman was getting groceries out of her car and was robbed. Of course they did not catch the guy. Luckily a few neighbors heard the woman screaming and came to help. Last summer there was a drug bust here at Paces Commons. Then there are the constant domestic fights in the street. Oh yeah and the skateboarders that don't care if you are trying to drive in the complex.

Palmetto Bugs (a.k.a. BIG ROACHES): They are EVERYWHERE when it gets warm outside. You have to literally walk around them coming into the apartment building. They also fly. You will also find them in the apartments climbing walls, ceilings, etc.

Mosquitos: They do not spray here and so be prepared to be bitten inside and outside of your apartment.

Dogs: I love all animals but be prepared to watch where you step outside. Tenants are supposed to scoop up after their dogs but most do not.

Kitchens: They are outdated and do not include a microwave so you must bring your own or buy one.



Pros:

I have had a pleasant experience with the office staff.

The apartments are large and affordable.

Paces was once a very nice community, however, with the influx of human excrement via the GCC bus line, Paces, just swirls faster and faster in the toilet bowl. Its a shame these thugs, rappers, monkeys, pieces of human excrement, section 8 types have to ruin everything for everyone. Quite honestly they should all be tossed into jail where they belong.

You both got it right. We lived there for 3 years and are glad to be gone. Nothing but scumbags and drama.
