This place seemed pretty nice at first. It is going downhill fast. While the office staff are nice enough, they have not been terribly discriminating about who they let in. Super trashy people are taking over this community. Loud music, screaming fights, dog S*** and trash everywhere. I am definitely looking forward to moving out.

I haven't seen any trash anywhere since moving in. We walk our dogs everyday around the whole complex and haven't heard any loud music. Must be old folks who complain when their neighbors are watching television. Folks like that either need to purchase their own home, or move into a retirement community since they are obviously oversensitive and cannot live in a community with people who are of different age groups and ethnicity. I'm glad to see intolerant folks like you leaving the community. I'm positive your neighbors are just as glad for your leaving as you are to be leaving. Please don't let the door hit your backside on the way out.
