This place seems great at first...then you start to see all the things that really matter, I moved in, in June the dishwasher did not work after 6 month of service calls I finally had to call the corporate office, OH and wouldn't you believe the next day I had a notice saying that my dishwasher would be replaced...oh yeah in 4 WEEKS! When I bought this up to management I was informed they dont care...nor will they make any rental ajustments for the 6 months without a properly working dishwasher, or the 4 weeks, without a dishwasher AT ALL...this is only one situation I dealt with out of 6...so that shows just how much they dont care...They will not fix anything!!!! And the stuff is OLD! The property manager seems nice, then he tries to blame you for things breaking, and has even attemped to charge ME for the dishwasher (that was made in the 70's : )) Dont fall into the same trap I did....please please look else where, they seem nice, and I feel for it...I hope and pray that you do not do the same.

My diswasher broke, too, but they fixed it asap. Very friendly staff that DO care. By the way, the complex wasn't even built until 1989...a dishwasher from the 70s? Get a life.

Wow, sounds like the staff at Paces Commons is trashing the people personally that give bad reviews. Maybe the staff should get a life, instead of getting defensive and attacking residents personal business lol...

Wow...you hit the nail on the head Anonymous (Comment posted 3-2-10)....I moved out, and before I did the property manager, made sure to mention my review, I was not hideing the fact that I was unhappy...but I guess he just wanted me to know that he saw it and did not care!

Wow, if that was management making that first post, i really want to live here now. I am moving up to Matthews in a few days and was giving serious thought to this but if management shows that type of attitude and disrespect over a dishwasher incident then i will look elsewhere.
