I lived at Paces Commons for a year. Most of the time, it was just me and my 4 year old daughter at home and I never felt unsafe. We could come in late at night and I felt fine. Sometimes the kids were loud and doing stuff they had no business, but the office staff always made it clear that they were aware of it and it was handled. The Matthews Police often rode around the parking lots and that made me feel safe also. I think this is a nice place to stay. I just basically stayed to myself and nobody bothered me.
