The location is ideal for us and I feel fairly safe. The parking is bad at night. Our apartment always smells funky when we get home. The people above us are terrible all night long, but we got a note from the office about a noise complaint the first week we moved in b/c we were loud during the day (moving!)...and the people below us knock on our door at 5:00 p.m. if we even are a little loud. It's ridiculous. I can hear people screaming bloody h*ll and cussing at nighttime! Now they are doing construction early in the morning that wakes me up. These apartments are expensive for the age and state of the apartments. please update! our stove hardly works. My biggest complaint is the laundry room! The credit machine has been broken for a long time now and the washers/dryers only work part of the time...the washing machines always leak or the clothes are wayyy soaked...then the dryers never dry our clothes!

So since I wrote this, they did make plenty of improvements on the laundry and painting the buildings. The fitness room was still pathetic (tv stuck on the mexican channel 53). It seemed as though they started renting all sorts of people though. The apartments under us got filled with lots of -------- and I do mean LOTS. There would be nothing wrong with that, but I didn't feel very safe having so many different people (obviously not on the lease) in and out of there and staring at me from their balcony. Plus lots of teenagers started to hang around the office area and cars would block the round-about. My biggest complaint after moving out was the 4 way stop to get in the apartments, but that isn't the apartments fault people don't know stop signs work.
