I am so surprised to read some of these reviews, but I guess everyone's experiences are different. Before I moved I look at approx. 21 apartment complexes from the North, South East, and South Side, and I was so happy to find this place. I've had no problems since I moved in. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Maintenance came and fixed all the problems I did have with the place the same or very next day. It's quiet aside from the occasional cars with the loud systems that come through (but that's everywhere). The floor plans are very nice, and my building is kept clean. I will admit that the parking does SUCK big time and they could do something more to regulate some of the broken down cars. However, that's my only issue with the place. I feel safe, parking lot is well lit, neighbors aren't loud. Moving from a 2 bed town house to a 1 bed apartment, I am completely satisfied.
