Its not that great! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Well the Apartment is alright. But first of all the maintenence sucks. My laundry room door track was broken and they came like a week later to fix it. just to find out he put some glue on the door to prevent it from craking instead of replacing the whole track. The walls are way to thin. My neighbors downstairs used to fight in their room which is below mine till sometimes till 4am. I called the police on them twice anymously. My husband and i work all the time and have a ten year old. I wouldn't dare lett him out in this placce to run around, its too dangerous. Cars fling around the corners at 40mph, He almost got hit twice just going from the car to the apartment. my car has been broken into 3 times. the last time the other window still hadn't been fixed and they broke the other two on the other side of the car. I ended up paying out 1500 dollars because the management said they can't be responsible. they suggested i get a garage for an EXTRA 75$ a month. which is actually a shared garage. Besides I have two cars. I have to pay 150$ for two doors and one garage that I share with some weird guy. Its not even in the same building. I heard about someone getting mugged while they took out their trash, and I went out one night around 7pm and my next door neighbor who was being dropped off was getting attacked by three of the guys that took him home. I had my kid with me. I had to walk around the back of the building in hiding. I do not leave my house after dark anymore. we have been saving to buy a house and this is cheap rent. but I would not suggest anyone live here. soon it will be trash here. I could go on but i think everyone else said it pretty clearly.
