Don't recommend living here - When we came to view the apartment it seemed a lot nicer than it really is. The apartment they show you is much nicer than any you will live in. Great Place We have only been living here a few months, but we love it here. The apartments are nice and much larger than any others we looked at. The complex is clean and very quiet. Love living in a gated community; makes me feel so much safer. Also helps that Matthews Police is close by if

Never Again I wouldn't recommend anyone live at Colonial Village at Matthews. I can't speak for other Colonial properties, but this one isn't worth the hassle. Friendlier and more attentive office staff can be found elsewhere in Matthews.
