Enjoying living at Windsor Landing - I've lived in over a dozen different apartments in the past 12 years. This has been my favorite location. The staff is friendly, courteous, and responsive. happy here I have lived here for almost two years and I really like it. The apartments are spacious and nice. Management and maintenance are wonderful. Every time I have a maintenance request it is usually resolved in 24 hours. Also since I have lived here, there hasn't been any staff

So far so good.... Moved in this summer and so far so good. We have had little trouble with anything here at Paces. Maintenance was responsive to a fairly minor issue. There are some noisy tennants past 10PM but It is probably just due to thier work schedules. We have found almost everyone here
