Northwood is OK. The rent is decent, maintenance is ok and the management could do better.The manager is pretty nice but like my neighbor, I do miss our old manager and maintenance man too.
Safety is an issue. I havent had quite as bad an experience as the other people but I will say with all the negative changes that we experienced and new neighbors that I've gotten, I will strongly attempt to move if my budget will allow it when my lease is over. I will agree with my neighbors and say that if you consider moving here ride through at night. I do have a better suggestion than another Mocksville apartment or some crappy trailor:Just move to Salsbury,Advance or Clemmons. Its not that far and you get more for your money.
