Northwood

 

I lived at Northwood when they had a HORRIBLE manager Cathey that was lazy and moving in all kinda riff-raff.She hung out with drug dealers and could be found drunk by the pool or was never there.

I only stayed so I could complete the contract and not ruin my credit report since I wanted to buy the house I live in.

I was there when she and her friend got fired because she was stealing money and then two new people, 'Christy and Bob' started working there.

It really straightened up and made the remaining months of my living there worth it.

I moved out in March 2004, got my deposit back and often told anyone who was looking to move to go there.

It's a pretty place and was really quite.

My friend wrote the review "A bad Change" and her friend wrote the next one and I think it's sad that things changed so much.

She doesn't live there anymore...(moved out/still had months to go, because she hated it) but I really hope things are changing back for the good since the place was once the best place in Mocksville.The one lady moved to Sunset Place and said it's quiter there...I can't believe that!!! I heard there was a new manager again' If so I hope she will read this and make Northwood the pretty place it once was again.

Note to manager: If they look like a crackhead...They live in Mocksville so they probably are so dont rent them anything!!! I'm rating this apartment on the time I lived there so I can't say if I'd move there now based on my friends opinion.
