I lived at Northwood for a year and a half. When I lived here the property was sold. The old owners were good, but the new ones are even better. The manager (Nelly) is very nice, polite and tries her best to keep up the place, if I didn't know any better I would say that she's the owner. There is hardly ever any noise pollution, because if she hears any noise outside she will ask people to keep it down. There are some people that don't listen, but they get the cops called on them. The property looks nice I would always find her and the maintenance guy picking up trash around the property. Maintenece was always taken care of immediately and done correctly. If you want safety and peace live at Northwood! If you want drug dealers and violence live at Sunset Terrace.
