people fall up the steps drunk. The place is not sound proof. You can hear your neighbors haveing sex. They do lie to you on your lease. You have noisy neighbors. There was a shooting there and they would not tell anyone about it. You are living with a bunch of rude out of state people. No one respects anyone. You have people knocking on your door telling you not to make any noise. They watch every move you make on the internet and they have the internet blocked out. Dogs rule the premises and kids play on porno all the time,
