I leased for 1 year and continued month to month knowing I would be relocating soon. The apartment was quiet and had condo quality finishing. (moldings, cabinets, lighting, etc.)
After moving in, I did not have frequent interaction with the staff, however when I did, they always knew me by name and were very friendly.
I suggest that before you decide where to live based on mine, or anyone's "review", check out what other properties Mooresville has to offer. You'll be back to Abberly Green in a NY minute.
