After looking at MANY apartments in the area and closer to Charlotte- we decided on Abberly Green because of the amazing staff, grounds, and it was a quiet area yet close enough to lots of restaurants, shops, malls, Charlotte, etc. We have not been disappointed since-- the staff is VERY willing to help out with anything you need, the grounds are incredibly well kept, and everyone in the apartment complex is super friendly. There are lots of pets and kids, but we haven't had a problem with either and we're very picky about living situations. Its VERY quiet- we live on the third floor and have NEVER heard a sound from neighbors, construction, etc. Coming from a college apartment, this is a dream come true-- I don't know where the people live that have commented on the sound issue. It's a very quiet area and is really safe. The apartment itself is very nice and well kept-- I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE and it is hard to impress me (especially enough to write a review).
