They lure you in, and then...

Where to start...
At Abberly Green, the walls are very thin. I can hear every radio, TV, washing machine, and movement of my neighbors.
The neighbors are NOT friendly at all -- not just one-or-two, but they do not smile or wave, ever. Their cars are LOUD and their sound 'systems' will keep you up all night.
The pool is surrounded by white trash... smokers, drinkers, and people cursing. I would be embarassed to have children in the presence of the Abberly Green residents at the pool.
Parking is terrible -- if you get home after 4:30, good luck finding a spot within a reasonable distance from your apartment.
The lease agreement is even worse! Read it carefully!
The little girls who work in the main office are rude, to say the least. Their pseudo-class makes the entire complex stink.
Do not move here! They lure you in because the place *looks* nice, but after that it's all downhill! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

Most communities throughout NC use the AANC Lease agreement. It will likely be the same at any community from which you choose to rent. And yes, it is written in to support the management company but the covenants are more than reasonable and build a more easily manageable community. Undoubtedly this is not a bad thing. If you have questions about anything in the lease agreement, just ask. The rules are in place to benefit you. If you have noise issues overnight, call the police. There is almost always a county noise ordinance and police presence in the community is welcome. Let it be known that the disrespect will not be tolerated. Name-calling? Really?
