The office workers are the least customer oriented people I have ever met. It was almost like they flipped a switch right after I signed a lease. (If I could have put no stars for the staff, I would have.) The girls working in that office need to go to college and learn some business skills. I warn you not to rent at this location. Unless you live on the third floor, it will sound like herds of elephants are living above you. My toilets in both baths have had to be "fixed" on several occasions. I am going to be leaving the apartment complex soon. I have had other previous tenants already tell me to be prepared not to get my security deposit back. They will charge you for everything they see fit regardless of how much you have cleaned the apartment before you move out. Also, take it from me and other tenants, if you plan on purchasing a home soon, do not live in this complex. The office will not be helpful at all if you need to change your lease DESPITE promises at time of signing that they would be (which happened in my case). ------, the office manager, told me that abberly green was used to these kinds of situation and her office would help anyway they can if I should find a home to purchase. This was complete B.S.; you do not get any help what-so-ever. By "help", her office meant they will let you know that you will owe them two-months rents to be paid in a form of a certified check and they could give two $**ts. I wish that the office would have been up-front with me and TOLD me the truth; rather than the BS they sold me on that made me sign the lease. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! You will regret it from the first day you hear the noise through the thin walls and ceiling until the last day you live here and they take your security deposit.

The exact same thing happened to me! I found a house one month before my lease expired, and -----e, the little receptionist, told me that I only needed to give a 30 days notice to terminate my lease. When I requested a copy of my lease she REFUSED to give me one. There is no information in the resident handbook about terminating a lease, either, so I (stupidly) took -----'s word for it and gave a 30 days notice. Later, ------- called and rudely told me that I needed to give a 60 days notice. She did not offer any suggestions, even though when I signed my lease she said that Abberly Green would work with me should I find a ---------------, the office manager, was no help, either. They charged me $1000 for replacing 900 square feet of carpet and gave me (literally) 24 hours notice to vacate the apartment since they had already rented my apartment to someone else! I was supposed to have the apartment through July 24 and on June 26 they called and told me to be out by 11am on June 27. DO NOT RENT HERE. The office staff is unprofessional and disorganized.

I completely disagree. I lived here for two years and the manager and staff (including maintenance) were always wonderful, kind and responsive. I was always grateful that they kept the place up and did not tolerate bad tenants like this that damaged the community and caused problems. I also chose to purchase a home before my lease ended but hey-nothing is free guys!! You are making a choice to leave before your lease is up (by the way the staff leased my apartment for me so I didn't have to pay much-thank you Leern). My advise is not to listen to garbage like this and come visit a beautiful and well maintained community. I loved it here and would highly recommend the place.

They refused to give me a copy of my lease, too! ----------------------------------le were awful to work with! They were so unprofessional when I moved out. In one day, I received SEVEN phone calls from them for the same thing -- it's like they weren't communicating with each other at all! The maintenance staff was always wonderful and helpful -- five stars to them. I guarantee that if you come and visit AG you will LOVE it -- I also guarantee that after you sign your lease you'll realize what kind of rednecks live there (tons of loud car engines in the middle of the night and white-trash smoking cigarettes at the pool during the summer).
