I just moved into Abberly Green. My husband and I looked at all the apartments in Mooresville and none other compared. We have an attached garage and the apartment has all the "bells and whistles". I completely disagree with some of the negative statements on this site. First of all, I do have a pet but clean up after it and don't want to live in a damaged apartment filled with piss (sorry guys but walk your dog). I appreciate living in a community that is managed well and makes bad pet owners pay to replace carpet so that my family has a nice place to live. The staff has been nothing but professional and helpful. If we choose to break our lease we understand that there is a termination penalty (made very clear in the lease agreement). Bad tenants like some on this site are better off gone-we won't miss you. We just left another townhome in Mooresville because there was no management and people partied all night and there was dog crap everywhere. I work in a management field and give the staff a 5 for keeping the place up.

I agree with FUKLEERYN, I moved here a few months ago and thought it was a great place. Thought that it was great that the management kept up with the place and thought it was beautiful and quiet.. well 5 months later here I am bitching about it on the internet because I dislike it that much. I cannot wait to get out of here!!!
