This complex is okay in the sense that it is better than being homeless. The person that mentioned the 45 pound dog is correct. There are huuuge dogs here and when they are in an upstairs unit the noise is incredible,also the loud music at all hours of the night is horrendous. Most residents do NOT pick up after their dogs so watch your step!! The young residents, NTI and others,are obnoxious especially when they are drunk. (Which is most of the time). I was sexually harrassed while at the pool and will never go back. By the way my harrasser is one of the property managers best friends. Management at best is mediocre, they know of illegal activity going on here and turn the other cheek. There were 4 car break ins in one week. There have also been several home break-ins as well. Go to the Mooresville Police Department and request info on crime at Brentwood, you may be surprised. If you have children do not even think about Brentwood. One final warning is that one of the maintenance men has been in trouble for inappropriately photographing little girls. I had no idea until a friend and I were at the pool and she recognized him.

what part of 2007-2008 do you not understand? let me explain dim wit... 2007 moved in 2008 moved the f out. get it now?
