The maintenance is the problem at this place. If you have something that needs to be fixed, you can expect a delay in repair. I even had to repair a few things myself just because I knew if I called for maintenance it would take weeks or even months to get fixed. On the other hand, the lady in the office is very helpful. If only the maintenance was as helpful as she is.
