	All apartments, grounds, parking have been renovated by new owners. There is a courtesy officer living on site. Close to Mooresville, Lake Norman, Charlotte.

	I lived in the conplex in 2003-2004 it is a great place. Roland the Manager is great. I was a NTI student and Roland taught me resposbility and respect and he gave me respect. Thank YOu
