Residence One is fine. Not great, not bad but fine. It all depends on what your expectations are. It is quiet enough (Wed. night entertainment at Lancaster's end at 9:00pm)and the people seem friendly. I wanted an economical place where I could live and keep my stuff while I worked through a relocation. I got tired of hotel rooms, $$$ and moving in /out all the time. Pool is nice, exercise room is adequate, parking hasn't been a problem, no noise issues, apartment is smallish but all I need.
