Nice enough place, but not perfect

I only lived there for 3 months on a corporate assignment, but it was good for me. Very nice looking apartments, grounds fairly nice, nice location. Staff can be unprofessional at times, left my door open once when distributing information. Many children here, making pool almost unusable. Added speed bumps in the parking lot in summer of 02, but the children seem to think they are bike/skate jumps, so you need to be careful when driving in and out of parking lot.
Fitness Center never cleaned, maintained, and very hot. Basketball courts are unusable as the rims are 11' high. Keeps people from dunking and breaking them, but keeps them from use as well. Traffic in rush hour is horrible on Hwy 150, can be a problem. Got security deposit back in full. Good value for the dollar though, reasonable rent rates. Would recommend if on a budget, otherwise go to Birkshire in Conelius.
