I lived at river park apartments for 18 months. The staff are not professionals, I have had my problems with them and so have quite a few of the past tennents that have live here. They are very slow to get the jobs taken care of. The manager that runs river park is very snobish after you move in. she likes to think she is better then everyone there. I gave my 30 day notice to move out and then cleaned the place up. I clean homes for a living... When it came time for me to recieve my deposit back. she gave me a run around for about 45 to 50 days to get back with me and tell me of the nasty place i left and she had taken pic... no telling whos apartment she took pic of. telling me i was not getting no deposit back because a cleaning crew had to come clean it up.. i even had the walls ready for painting. Then after almost 60 days i get a letter stating what my deposit went to. but i know..the manager gets a bonus for all the deposit not returned.. that is dirty business if you ask me.. i do not recommend this apartment to no one. none of david dyer's property. they all run and managed the same. there is a lot more apartments out there that is managed much better. If you do decide to rent there need to watch the manager and staff there up to no good and very 2 faced..
