I bearly made it thru my 1 year lease....I had the worst neighbors in apartment living history....I lived on the first floor and about 1 month after I moved in, I had new upstair neighbors that were awful...first of all, they moved in at the stroke of midnight. They were so loud with their stomping on the floor that they actually popped a light bulb of mine and made pictures fall off the wall...Office staff didnt want to get involved but did advise me that I needed to call the police which I had on several occasions with this neighbor and others. The stairwells were full of dirty cups and old soda bottles and the grass in front of my apt was coated with cigarette butts. Not to mention that parking is awful and I didnt feel safe walking to my apt with a newborn with my car being parked at the next building. I have sent several complaints of all of these things to the office of David Drye and nothing was addressed...For the money and location, I would not recommend this place.
