River Park

First off the gounds need to be up kept. The buildings and sourrounding aera just look gloomy. Seccondly there is only ONE garbage container in the entire building so if you live in the back like i do you either have to walk quite a long way to empty your garbage or put it in your car and drive it up there. The management is quite rude and its a huge bother if you need some help. When my ac unit broke it leaked water all over the carpet and took 2 days for them to get a carpet cleaner in here. I rented one my self just to clean up the mess. They did not want to pay me back for the rental. The office is open on saturdays but the people who work there can not offer any assistance at all untill the manager gets back on monday. The rent to the NTI students so there is constant vandalation of cars and students doing burn outs in the parking lot. Last this place is expensive. Way above makret value. The apartments are small and the rent is at premium. I do not recoment this place to anyone. Only as a last resort.
