I have lived in these apartments for a little over 4 months, since that time I have been forced to pay hidden extra fees. They state the pet deposit is $300 (which is very typical)yet charged $350. When I refused to pay the extra $50 they threatened to file eviction papers. I caved in. They then charged many "administration fees" afterward. They have given personal information of mine to individuals over the phone who were not law enforcement, government officials or any business entity. They have ignored several complaints of personal vehicle vandalism (with witnesses and not NTI students). Towed a neighbors daily driver car with claims of "abandoned" for a low tire, failed to notify the resident of the intent to tow. Resident had lost job due to that. While there is the occasional party, there are rarely public disturbances in the parking lot and the NTI kids do not seem particularly rude or loud. Live here if you can stand the occasional college party and don't mind horrendous office management.
