River Park

I have lived in River Park for 9 months and it has been terrible since the first day I moved in. The day before the Friday I was supposed to move, they called me and told me that I would have to move in on that Monday because the previous tenant had left the place I was supposed to move into a mess. When I did move in, the place smelled terrible because the previous tenant had left a dog unattended in the apartment for three days and apparently it had done things to the furniture. They didn't bother to replace any of that furniture until I complained twice about how badly it smelled.

Most recently, I complained that my air conditioner was leaking fluid inside the apartment. They told me that they sent someone to look at it and it was fine, but it wasn't. The air conditioner stopped working entirely (on the hottest day of the year) and the carpet mildewed as a result of the fluid leak and smelled terrible. It took them 4 days before they did anything about any of these complaints despite constant reminders from me.

I am a student at NTI and I am ashamed to admit that there are several fellow students that live in River Park as well and they constantly cause problems. They throw loud parties, are discourteous to people, are constantly finding new ways to create an abundance of noise with their cars and frequently become so drunk that they vandalize random property.

These complaints coupled with the extremely high rent lead me to this underlying statement:
I STRONGLY recommend staying away from River Park.
