I rented at River Park while on a job close by. I had to ask for a transfer to another job because of many health concerns at my apartment,such as the toilet in the above apartment overflowing and leaking down into mine. Mould and mildew grew on my ceiling. My neighbors dog was lead out into the breezeway to urinate and deficate each day. Complaints to the office on repeated occasions got no results. Noisy parties next door where police had to be called and abanded furniture left in the parking lot were commonplace.
