We lived at River Park for 2 years. When we first moved in I was frustrated with management. However, once David took over in the office things changed. Maintenance was always prompt, showing up within 2 hours or an initial call. I lived on the third floor and never had a problem with bugs. I did have problems from time to time with noise from the NTI students living in my building, but more often than not, just going down to knock on the door would get the noise to stop. On the occasion that it didn't get a positive response from them, the police could be there in less than 5 minutes. It's close to everything, very safe. My car doors don't lock, and I never had anything stolen from it. The maintenance men were always very friendly and quick with a joke while working on your problem. They always had it fixed same day. The power and water was great, never malfunctioning. The water pressure was great. Power and water bills were manageable and not over priced.

I'm glad that someone took the time to say something positive about our community. I too love living here and have the cutest little apart with the greatest neighbors. no matter where you live there are always going to be those who show disrespect for others and for the complex. They throw trash and cigarettes on the ground, make unnecessary noise,and are distructive. Except for some of the students, who are just kids, the residents here at River Park are friendly and make great neighbors. I hope the writer of this letter is able to find another place to live that they will enjoy as much as they have enjoyed living here at River Park Apartments. Happy Resident
