I lived in Talbert woods for over a year. The prices seemed fair upon move in, but that price comes with its consequences attached. There is an auto mechanics school nearby and the students use this community as if it were the dorms, and they use the parking lot for speeding around in their hopped up LOUD cars. Regularly I had problems with noise, parties, auto repair in the parking lot, etc. Management not only failed to address complaints, but at times told me that I was wrong to ask them to enforce the rules of the community. I found it necessary to call the police many times while there.







Parking is somewhat adequate on weekdays but can be a big problem on the weekends.







There is a sump in the middle of the property. The leasing agents regularly use this "pond" as a selling point promising that "in a few months" a fountain will be installed in the middle, and a walking trail will be paved around it. Don't count on this as they have been making this broken promise for over 2 years that I can document and it still remains a mosquito breeding cesspool.
