Moving into Talbert woods is the worst mistake I've ever made. It was my first experience of apartment renting, and I'm scared to death knowing that places like this exist. The workers there are totally unproffesional; yelling in the streets, consistantly lying, and manipulating the renters' contracts is the norm. The "pond" behind my townhouse was a cesspool for misquitos and rats. Dont leave the windows open at night, you'll get a whiff of distinct sewage smell. The students from the mechanic school completely took over the place, loud music, spinning tires, and fights keep everyone up. The police are called regularly, yet nothing has deterred them.
The last straw was when my place was broken into. So, heed this warning!!!
