Talbert Woods Townhomes are wonderful. The homes are large, clean and well maintained. A new phase just opened and the so-called cesspool everyone keeps talking about is a well manicured pond with a beautiful lighted fountain. It is a spectacular view from my window. The management is professional and the maintenance staff is at the top of the game. They are the best that I have ever had at an apartment community. You former residents need to crawl back under the rocks that you now call home. Talbert Woods is a nice community.
